To register please ensure that you include a one time only registration admin fee of $50.00 per child.
The forms you must fill out are below. Click on the buttons below each document name to access the document. Please ensure that all forms are filled out and submitted to us. The Fee Schedule Form only needs to be filled out once per family. If you have more than one child, please make sure that you fill out one Application Form per child regardless of duplicate information. Fill out only on Parent Handbook for each family. The Parent Handbook is our policies and procedures, there are two copies of the last page please ensure that the entire document is initialled and signed.
Once these forms are completed and your post-dated cheques are received along with the registration admin fee, then your child is considered registered in our program. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact us.
